Education & Outreach

The Lamprey River Advisory Committee strives to speak for the river and to help others become its advocates as well. These efforts include working with schools in the watershed, creating public informational materials, posting signs at river crossings, and offering river events and workshops. All are designed to provide relevant information about the river, effect the Lamprey River Management Plan’s goals, and generate public participation in activities to promote enjoyment and protection of the Lamprey.
